Interviewing over a hundred people Towards Zero Carbon Bute (TZCB) report that ’92 per cent said they were in favour of the vision of Bute as a one hundred per cent renewable island.’
It’s not the largest sample by any means but the acceptance by a high proportion of those interviewed that wind energy could be an important part of the energy mix is welcome news.

TZCB have surveyed the whole of Bute for renewable energy sources and have come up with an interesting report into the Island’s green potential.
